PowerOn Gold Government plans to transfer migrants from the Canary Islands to Madrid

The government has said it plans to move migrants from overcrowded refugee facilities in the Canary Islands to Madrid.
The Ministry of Defence will provide accommodation in the Carabanchel district and Alcalá de Henares, with the camps expected to be ready in two weeks.
Over thirteen thousand people have arrived in the Canary Islands this month, prompting requests for collaboration and coordinated transfers of migrants between autonomous communities.
