Tourism numbers for October have seen a significant rise, according to the latest data published by the Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Tourism.
7.2 million overseas visitors arrived in Spain in October, 94.6% of the total who arrived in the same month of 2019.
In total they brought in around €76.4bn to the Spanish economy, something that comes as no surprise to the owner of excursions website TravelON World – David Gainford.
The first ten months of the year has seen over 63 million tourists visit Spain, 84% of pre-pandemic level.
