Spain sets a new record in March with 6.3 million international tourists, marking a 21% increase from last year.
Tourist spending also soared to €8.6 billion, a 29.7% rise, contributing to a historic first quarter.
The UK topped the number of visitors, followed by Germany, and the US – leading in visitor numbers and also spending.
The Canary Islands remain the top destination, with significant increases in tourist numbers and expenditure.
