PowerOn Gold Spain on course to break tourism records in 2023 as international visitors and spending surge

Spain is heading for a record-breaking tourist season, after welcoming over 33 million international tourists up to May – a 13.6% increase from 2023.
Tourists spent more than 43.2 billion euros, up 21.8%.
The UK remains the top source, with significant growth also from France, Belgium, and Ireland.
May alone saw 9.3 million visitors, spending an average of 1,263 euros each, marking a spending rise of 19.7% from the previous May.
