Brutal Confinement in Madrid: Woman Escapes After Assault and Miscarriage

A woman in Villalbilla, Madrid, has faced a harrowing ordeal after being sexually assaulted and held captive by her partner in an inhumane hideout.

On the first of February, the Guardia Civil announced the arrest of a man, aged fifty, on gruesome charges including sexual aggression, illegal detention, and severe physical and psychological abuse, leading to the victim’s miscarriage.

The suspect, with an extensive criminal record, is now in custody, facing justice at the Alcalá de Henares court.

The chilling discovery of the victim’s captivation site, characterized by squalor and concealed by false staircases, came following an intense police inquiry.

The area, cluttered with rubbish, zip ties, and weaponry, confirmed the severe conditions under which the woman was held.

The victim, who was detained for hours before she managed to cut the ties and flee, reported the incident last Friday, exhibiting wounds that horrified local authorities.
