PowerOn Gold Barcelona hospital suffers cyberattack

Officials at the Hospital Clínic de Barcelona have reported a cyberattack which has resulted in some medical services being moved to other hospitals.
A ransomware attack was reported late yesterday morning, which affected computer systems in the hospitals accident and emergency, pharmacy and laboratory centres.
Due to the incident, patients who are in affected areas were being moved to other hospitals.
No other medical establishments are understood to have been affected by the attack.
