PowerOn Gold Canary Islands surpass 14,000 arrivals of immigrants in 2023 after four new rescues

Over fourteen thousand migrants have arrived in the Canary Islands this year according to data published this week, with twenty percent of them arriving in September alone.
Recent rescues have taken place in Lanzarote, El Hierro, and Tenerife, with individuals being admitted to hospitals for dehydration and fuel-related burns.
The arrivals include men, women, babies, and young children from various origins, including Maghreb.
