Three dead, three injured in Cádiz coach crash

Three people have died and three others were injured when a bus in Cádiz lost control due to brake failure and hit a shopping centre near Avenida Las Cortes.

City Mayor Bruno García confirmed that a 17-year-old boy, a 19-year-old and 60-year-old woman died in the accident, whilst another person remains in a critical condition.

The bus was carrying thirty nursing students from the University of Cádiz, when it lost control shortly after quarter to four in the afternoon, all of whom were unharmed.

An investigation has been opened to determine the cause of the accident.
