Congress due to meet next Wednesday to debate further extension, whilst Sanchez aims to find consensus

The Congress of Deputies is due to sit in a weeks time to debate another possible extension to the state of alarm.
At present no planned extension has been announced by the Government, however it has been warned that restrictions may remain in place after the current planned end date of April 26th.
Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez is to hold meetings with party leaders in the coming days in an effort to form a national consensus on the next steps that Spain needs to take.
