PowerOn Gold Investigation launched after woman drowns in Gran Canaria

An investigation has been launched, after a woman died in the sea near to Gran Canaria.
The woman, who has not been identified, was discovered floating in the water near to Las Canteras Beach in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria at around 7am Saturday morning.
Despite the actions of emergency services, she was declared dead at the scene.
