PowerOn Gold ETA terrorist to face trial in Spain

The French government has approved a temporary extradition of ETA terrorist Garikoitz Aspiazu, so that he can face trial in Spain.
Courts in Paris granted the two month window so that the National Courts can try Mr. Aspiazu for his alleged involvement in a terrorist attack in Bilbao in January 2002.
Two people were injured by the ETA car bomb, which exploded in the middle of the day on a main street in the city.
