PowerOn Gold Badger discovers massive Roman coin haul

A hungry badger is belived to have unearthed the largest collection of Roman coins ever to be found in Northern Spain.
The animal had dug into the ground searching for food during last years Storm Filomena, when it’s paws unearthed the haul in Asturias.
However the animal discarded the coins by the entrance to it’s sett, which was later discovered by two archaeologists from the Universtity of Madrid whilst investigating a nearby cave at La Cuesta.
Dating from between the 3rd and 5th Century AD, the find is being called “exceptional”.
