PM reminds nation that restrictions still apply

Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez has reminded people that Spain is not in a “de-escalation” phase of the state of emergency, and restrictions remain in force.
España no está en fase de desescalada. Solo si ganamos terreno al virus y el sistema de salud se recupera avanzaremos en esa fase. Y si no es así, mantendremos o reforzaremos las restricciones.

Spain is not in the de-escalation phase. Only if we gain ground to the virus and the health system recovers we will advance in that phase. And if not, we will maintain or tighten the restrictions.
His statement came over the weekend, after the Congress of Deputies approved the extension of emergency legislation until the 26th April on Thursday.
