Land border controls extended for another two weeks

Border controls between France and Portugal are to continue for a further 2 weeks.
The Ministry of the Interior said that an extension to controls on mainland Spain’s land borders are to continue until at least midnight on the 25th April.
The controls mean only Spanish nationals, residents, those with exceptional circumstances or cross border workers can enter onto Spanish soil.

Controls with the country’s other two land borders – Andorra and Gibraltar – will not be affected.
