Coronavirus: Deaths fall for the first time in a week

Spain has been given a glimmer of hope on Friday after the number of people who died in the previous 24 hours decreased for the first time since the 26th March.
A total of 932 people died on Thursday, down from 950 people the day before – the highest figure on record during the outbreak.

A total of 10,935 people have now died with COVID-19.
The number of registered cases rose to 117,710 on Friday, up from 110,238 on Thursday, the health ministry said. That too showed a drop compared to the day before.
