The 19 Spaniards who were repatriated from the Chinese city of Wuhan have left their two week quarantine with a clean bill of health.
According to officials at the Gómez Ulla Military Hospital in Madrid, the nineteen left just as healthy as when they arrived.
The news came as the two confirmed cases in the country – one in the Canarian island of El Hierro and the other – a British man in the island of Mallorca – are expected to be confirmed as free of the Covid-19 virus.
If tests carried out today come back negative, both will be released from hospital, and Spain would be officially free of the virus.
