Parts of the Canaries and Balearics become first places to move to phase 1 of de-escalation

The Canarian islands of La Graciosa, El Hierro and La Gomera and the Balearic island of Formentera have become the first place in Spain to move into phase 1 of the de-escalation measures.
People can now meet in groups of 10, as well as some measures concerning transportation being relaxed. As with the rest of the country however the wearing of face masks in mandatory on all public transport.

Also some shops have been able to reopen as well as some public markets.
The low levels of infections on the islands as well as the ability to control measures was the main reason behind these locations being the first in the country to de-escalate.
