🔴 LIVE – More than 10,000 die in Spain due to coronavirus since outbreak

The death toll in Spain has passed the 10,000 mark, as the third week of the lockdown draws to a close.
Nationwide, the total number of infections stood at 110,238 with 8,102 new diagnoses of the virus.
10,348 people however are known to have died from covid-19.

54,113 remain hospitalised, while 26,743 have been discharged.
The country is now at the peak of the pandemic, with Director of the Center for Coordination of Health Alerts and Emergencies – Fernando Simón – saying that the country was now at the most devastating phase of the virus, or in places already through the worst.
