Bars and Restaurants across Costa Blanca set to reopen doors as restrictions partially lifted
Written by on February 28, 2021
Local bars and restaurants across the Costa Blanca are set to re-open for on site sales today after six weeks of closures due to the coronavirus pandemic.
From today venues may open outside terraces only, with a maximum capacity of 75%. There must also be no more than four people to a table who live at different addresses. Closing times will also be earlier in the day, with establishments closing at 6pm.
Shops and shopping centres will also see trading hours extended with non-essential retail allowed to open until 8pm, and some outdoor sporting venues will also reopen from today.
Restrictions on crossing the internal borders have also ceased, meaning weekend border restrictions will now come to an end.
