Unemployment levels in Spain have fallen by 59 thousand people, the highest monthly drop since 2015.
In an update issued by the Ministry of Labour, there now is currently just below 4 million people seeking unemployment benefit, as the economy slowly starts to move towards life after the coronavirus pandemic.
Februarys data, which has just been published showed that over €750 million in ERTE payments were made in February, an increase of nearly €55 million on January’s figure. March’s figure however should see that number fall.
