Further regions close internal borders as pandemic continues

Half of the country is now under internal border restrictions as ongoing efforts to stem the growth of the coronavirus pandemic continue.
Yesterday Andalusia announced that it would close it’s internal border, with additional restrictions being put in place for the hospitality sector – impacting much of the Costa del Sol.
Hotels must close their public spaces in the region at 10.30, and no more than six people can gather. The region joins Castilla-la Mancha, Castilla y Leon, Murcia, Navarra, Aragon, La Rioja, the Basque Country, Asturias, Ceuta and Melilla as areas in the country that have closed their internal borders.
